Alex is the principal owner and lead trainer at Body Boat Blade, where he brings his deep passion for paddling and coaching to every course. With expertise in sea kayaking, whitewater kayaking, and open canoeing, he has explored waterways around the world while earning top certifications through British Canoeing. A lifelong adventurer, Alex is dedicated to helping paddlers build confidence and skill through dynamic, learner-focused coaching. When he's not on the water, you’ll find him climbing Mt. Erie, working on woodworking projects, or enjoying a well-earned PNW craft beer.
