Beyond high-energy paddling, Graton also enjoys “noodling”—finessing his kayak through tight spaces, around rocks, docks, and shoreline features with precision and control. As a coach, he takes a student-centered approach, diving deep into their unique interests and goals. His teaching style is both thoughtful and adaptable, ensuring that each paddler progresses at their own pace while gaining confidence on the water.
