Navigation and Tidal Planning
$419.00

Enhance your boating skills with our comprehensive two-day Navigation and Tidal Planning class designed for both novice and seasoned mariners. The first day takes place in a classroom setting where participants will dive into the essential theories and principles of navigation. Instructors will cover key topics such as chart reading, compass use, and understanding tidal movements. With engaging discussions and hands-on exercises, students will develop a solid foundation in practical navigation techniques.

On the second day, the knowledge gained in the classroom is put to the test on the water. Participants will embark on an excursion where they will apply their classroom learning in real-life scenarios. Under the supervision of experienced instructors, you will practice plotting courses, accounting for tides and currents, and executing safe navigational maneuvers. This dynamic hands-on experience allows for immediate feedback and skill refinement.

This class not only equips participants with vital navigation tools but also fosters confidence in water-based decision-making. By integrating theory and practice, attendees will leave with the skills necessary to navigate efficiently and safely in varying conditions. Join us for this enriching experience and elevate your boating capabilities.
