Throughout the session, instructors will guide students through specialized drills that enhance their understanding of body mechanics, balance, and timing. Participants will practice different types of rolls suited for turbulent water, learning to adapt their strategies in response to the conditions they encounter. The course will also cover bracing techniques that provide stability and support during challenging maneuvers, enabling kayakers to remain in control even in rough conditions.
